6 weeks to self-care

Who needs a bit of a nudge to get into (or back into) some good habits? 

I'm not talking about setting resolutions that you are not committed to, I'm talking about simple daily actions that make a huge difference over time? 

  • You need to stop going to bed so late? - start by going to bed 1, 2 or 3 minutes earlier 
  • You need to lose a stone? - start by cutting out one of the snacks you indulge in every day that doesn't fill you up 
  • You need to get back on top of things? - tackle one item per day off the list 
Even a small step is progress; a small step taken every day is going to get you much further than attempting a giant leap and failing, giving up and beating yourself up about it. Does it resonate?
