We can all benefit from reminders to help keep us on the straight and narrow, particularly if we’re working on something new, or prone to distraction (er…just me?)so here are 3 ideas you can implement RIGHT NOW to keep you on track…
1. Keep visual reminders nearby; on sticky notes on or inside cupboards, using the background on your phone or keeping a note in your back pocket.
2. Use the alarm or calendar feature on your mobile to remind you of your intention. Or use it to help you prompt a helpful action or affirmation
3. Each day reflect on what you have progressed and what you are proud of. These can be 2 different things and it’s about noticing and recognising those small steps!
